CVCA C&R’s address property rental AND requirements of owners/landlords regarding the tenants they place in their property. Anyone who rents must abide and obey the C&R just as if they are an owner here. In short, they are acting on your behalf. You are responsible for their actions.
If you rent your property, YOU should provide a copy of these requirements to your tenant(s).
