CVCA C&R’s address property rental AND requirements of owners/landlords regarding the tenants they place in their property. Any tenant or renter must abide and obey the C&R just as if they are an owner in our Village. In short, they are acting on your behalf and YOU are responsible for their actions.
If you rent your property, YOU, the owner, should provide a copy of these requirements to your tenant(s).
