Miller Well Drilling (MWD) maintains our wells and provides service repairs to village supply lines.
Please first call Phil Wilson, Chairman, Water & Wells, Roads & Utilities at (941) 650-0537or any other executive member on Board of Directors (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary).
If one of those days falls on a holiday, then pick up will occur on the next Weekday.
IF you rent your house, it is YOUR responsibility to inform your guests of trash pick-up days, the procedures for accomplishing this and ensuring that they know that ALL trash must be bagged and placed in containers. See “CVCA Policies & Procedures” Tab, > ”Renters” Tab, o see the document which spells out ALL of your requirements and the pertinent sections under our C&R (Covenants & Restrictions).
Trash Pick-up is ONLY for household trash and garbage. Trash and garbage should be placed IN BAGS and IN a container at the street for pick up. Remember, there are lots of animals (raccoons, etc.) in the village and they will chew up or tear into plastic bags not properly stored in a container. If in doubt, DOUBLE bag your garbage, especially if it contains food products.

Yard trash, furniture, construction materials, large boxes, etc. are YOUR responsibility, NOT CVCA’s or Daniel’s.
You should take these separately to the Clay County transfer station.
Recycling. This has been researched and options in the Village are simply not cost effective. For more information about recycling, an information sheet from Clay County is posted on tab below.
